No. The interface is intuitive and designed to be used immediately.

Most teams are operational within a few hours. Complete documentation is available to facilitate onboarding.

Does AI replace agents?

No. AI assists your agents, it doesn't replace them.

It suggests responses, automatically classifies tickets and summarizes exchanges to save time. The final decision and customer relationship remain in the hands of your teams.

How does AI learn?

AI relies on pre-trained models and adapts to your context by analyzing your resolved tickets, standard responses and history.

Important: your data is never used to train external models. It remains strictly confidential and is processed in compliance with GDPR.

Can AI features be disabled?

Yes. You can use our flow offer without AI. Upgrade and downgrade at the time of your renewal.

Does AI handle multiple languages?

Yes. AstraDesk's AI understands and processes tickets in French, English, and several other European languages.

This facilitates multilingual ticket management without complex configuration.

How does pricing work?

AstraDesk offers three plans:

14-day trial: flow features (without AI), ideal for testing

Flow : Without Artificial Intelligence

Flow : With Artificial Intelligence

Billing is per agent. (Admin, Supervisor and Agent profiles)

Do you offer a free version?

No. However, we offer a free 14-day trial of our flow offer. Without credit card.

Is there a discount for an annual commitment?

An annual subscription benefits from a discount compared to monthly billing.

This is the ideal option if you're convinced and want to optimize your costs.

Can I change plans or cancel at any time?

Yes. You can change plans (upgrade or downgrade) or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Please note that the change will be effective at the end of the active license period.
